Avaya Spaces is a cloud-based solution designed for team collaboration. Avaya Spaces provides access to a personal meeting room, direct messaging, and group spaces. It integrates multiple forms of communication, such as voice calls, video conferencing, and chat.

As an agent or a supervisor, you can log in to the Avaya Spaces provider in Avaya Workspaces and access enabled Avaya Spaces contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget.

You can perform the following actions with Avaya Spaces contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget:

• Search for contacts and groups

• Make direct calls and transfer calls

• Make consultation calls

• Add contacts to the Favorites list

• Make multiple calls simultaneously

To enable access to Avaya Spaces contacts in Avaya Workspaces, your administrator must configure the Avaya Spaces integration with Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect). The administrator must also provide the credentials to log in to the Avaya Spaces provider. For more information about the Avaya Spaces integration, contact your administrator.
