You can transfer an inbound call to an Avaya Spaces contact from the Users or Groups tab of the Corporate Contacts widget. You can first talk to the customer and decide if you require Avaya Spaces expert's assistance.
Before you begin
Ensure that you are in the Ready state and accept an incoming call from the customer.
Procedure
On the Users tab, search for the contact or locate it in the Favorites list.
You can also search for the contact on the Groups tab.
Next to the contact, click .
Avaya Workspaces initiates a call transfer with the Avaya Spaces contact.
