Transferring an outbound call to an Avaya Spaces contact

About this task

You can transfer an outbound call to an Avaya Spaces contact from the Users or Groups tab of the Corporate Contacts widget. You can first talk to the contact on an active call and decide if you require Avaya Spaces expert's assistance.

Before you begin

Ensure that you are on an outbound call with the contact.

Procedure

  1. On the Users tab, search for the contact or locate it in the Favorites list.

    You can also search for the contact on the Groups tab.

  2. Next to the contact, click the Transfer icon.

    Avaya Workspaces initiates a call transfer with the Avaya Spaces contact.
