Signing in to a provider

Last Updated : May 30, 2024 |

About this task

Sign in to a provider from the Corporate Contacts widget to access corporate contacts and call them.

For Avaya Spaces, you remain signed in to the account after logging out of and logging in to Avaya Workspaces for 30 days. After that, you need to reenter your Avaya Spaces credentials. To remain signed in to Avaya Spaces, do not log out of the Corporate Contacts widget and use the same Avaya Workspaces account.

If you sign in to more than one provider, you can see the All option at the top of the widget. You can click All to display the contacts of different providers on one tab under the corresponding section. For example, if you sign in to both Avaya Cloud Office™ and Microsoft Teams and click All, on the Chats tab, you can see chats with Avaya Cloud Office™ and Microsoft Teams contacts under the corresponding sections.

Before you begin

Obtain the provider credentials from the account administrator.
