Making multiple calls to Microsoft Teams contact

About this task

You can make multiple calls to a Microsoft Teams contact from all tabs of the Corporate Contacts widget. If the contact has multiple numbers configured, you can select a number to call.

Procedure

  1. On the Users tab, search for the contact or locate it in the Favorites list.

    You can also search for the contact on the Groups or Chats tab.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Сlick the Call icon: To call the contact's default number.

    • Click the Three Dots icon: To select the number to call.

    On the Users and Groups tabs, the options to call the contact and select a number are next to the contact name. On the Chats tab, the options are at the top of the chat pane.

    Avaya Workspaces initiates a call with the Avaya Cloud Office™ contact.

  3. During an active call with Microsoft Teams contact, repeat step 1 and 2 to make multiple calls.

    When your new call is accepted, the previous call goes on hold the Hold icon.

  4. To end the call, click the End Interaction icon.
