Your account administrator must configure the Call Work Codes (CWC) in the administration interface.
To enter a CWC, you must be:
On an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) call.
Operating in the manual-in mode and have transitioned to the After Call Work (ACW) state after disconnecting the ACD call.
Operating in the auto-in mode and have transitioned to the Timed After Call Work (TACW) state after disconnecting the ACD call.
After disconnecting a call, you automatically enter the ACW mode for manual-in or the TACW mode for auto-in. You must enter a CWC before returning to the manual-in mode or available mode with TACW.
If you are in the ACW mode for manual-in or the TACW mode for auto-in and you disconnect a call without entering a CWC, Avaya Workspaces displays the Entry of Call Work Code is required message.
