Uploading log files before session activation

About this task

You can upload log files before activating your Avaya Workspaces session.

Procedure

  1. In your web browser, type the Avaya Workspaces URL.
  2. In Username, type your username.
  3. In Password, type your password.
  4. Click SIGN IN.
  5. On the Activate Agent page, click the Upload Log files icon.
  6. Select one of the following options:
    • Last 10 minutes

    • Last 30 minutes

    • Last Hour

    • Full session

  7. In the Log Description window, type a description of the issue.
  8. Click Upload.

    After a successful file upload, Avaya Workspaces displays a toast notification.
