Agent is unable to Go Ready on Avaya Workspaces

Condition

If the administrator sets the value as forced for the Aux Work Reason Code Type parameter in Communication Manager but does not configure the reason codes for Not Ready (Aux Work) in the administration interface, the agent cannot Go Ready on Avaya Workspaces.

Solution

Procedure

Do one of the following:
  • Configure the reason codes for Not Ready (Aux Work) in the administration interface. The agent can select the reason code and then Go Ready on Avaya Workspaces.

  • Set the value as requested for the Aux Work Reason Code Type parameter in Communication Manager. The agent can change the state to Not Ready on Avaya Workspaces with or without reason codes.
