Condition

An agent re-logged in to Avaya Workspaces automatically logs out due to a race condition. This issue occurs when the connection between Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway and UC3 goes down, and simultaneously, an agent signs out from Avaya Workspaces.

Solution

Procedure

  1. The agent must sign out from Avaya Workspaces.
  2. The agent must re-log in to Avaya Workspaces 60 seconds after restoring the connection between Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway and UC3.

    The administrator must inform the agent about the connection restoration and whether the agent can re-login to Avaya Workspaces.
