Supervisor's observer mode gets reset after agent resumes the observed call

Communication Manager stores the service observer state before the supervisor begins coaching or barges into a call. After the service observer state disconnects due to hold and reconnects after the resumption of the call, Avaya Workspaces uses the stored service observer state. Hence, the supervisor's observer mode gets reset from Coach or Barge-in to Listen only when the observed call resumes after the agent holds and resumes the call.
