Condition

An agent has Hybrid Voice + Digital as the Avaya Workspaces profile. A supervisor uses the CTI desktop to change the agent state on hybrid voice from Not Ready to Ready, regardless of the agent state on digital. For example, if an agent is Ready on chat after the supervisor's action, the agent is now in the Ready state on hybrid voice and digital.

Solution

A workaround is unavailable on Avaya Workspaces.
