When an agent is in the Ready state on Hybrid Voice, the My Agents widget displays the Ready state without the drop-down options

Condition

An agent logs in to Avaya Workspaces and changes the agent state to Go Ready on Hybrid Voice. If the supervisor logs in to Avaya Workspaces simultaneously, the My Agents widget displays the Ready state without the drop-down options.

Solution

A workaround is unavailable on Avaya Workspaces.
