When an agent is on a DAC call, the Service Name column displays None for the supervisor

Condition

When an agent is on a DAC call, the Service Name column in the My Agents widget on Avaya Workspaces displays None for the supervisor. In this instance, the DAC call does not have the Service Name information. Hence, the Service Name column displays None for the supervisor.

Solution

A workaround is unavailable on Avaya Workspaces.
