Work Card stops responding and cannot end Work Card after five minutes of network issues

Condition

If there are network issues for more than five minutes, Work Card stops responding, and you cannot end Work Card.

  • If you try to click the End Interaction icon to end the interaction, Avaya Workspaces displays the following error message: Disconnected from the contact center, please retry when connected.

  • If you refresh the browser or press F5, Avaya Workspaces does not disconnect you from the call. You cannot Start Work, and Avaya Workspaces displays the following error message: Start work failed. Your system is not responsive.

Solution

A workaround is unavailable on Avaya Workspaces.
