Supported browser versions

Avaya Workspaces for CRM supports the following browsers:
  • Microsoft Edge Chromium (Windows)

  • Google Chrome (Windows)

  • Google Chrome (Chrome OS)

When agents that use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge minimize the Avaya Workspaces tab or leave the tab idle for a while, their status changes to Not Ready and they do not receive incoming calls.

To avoid this issue, on the Google Chrome browser window, navigate to Settings > Performance > Always keep these sites active and use the Add option to enter the following URL: avayacloud.com. If you are an agent or supervisor using Avaya Workspaces for CRM, screen pops, and widgets, enter the following URLs:

Similarly, on the Microsoft Edge browser window, navigate to Settings > System and Performance > Never put these sites to sleep and use the Add option to enter the following URL: na.cc.avayacloud.com. If you are an agent or supervisor using Avaya Workspaces for CRM, screen pops, and widgets, enter the following URLs:

Avaya Workspaces for CRM supports multiple tabs.

In a Citrix VDI environment, you can use the following browsers: Microsoft Edge Chromium (Windows and Chrome OS) and Google Chrome (Windows and Chrome OS).

Note:
  • Citrix version must be 7 1912 LTSR or later.

  • Citrix Workspace client version must be 23.11.1.140 (2311.1) or later.
