Use disposition codes or work codes to describe or categorize interactions. These codes are useful for indicating the outcome of the interaction or flagging it for follow-up. You can select one disposition code for each digital interaction. For each hybrid voice interaction, you can select one or more work codes. You can also add notes with additional information.
