Adding users to the new agent experience profile

About this task

You must choose and add users to the new agent experience profile. The users you add to the agent experience profile work on the CIF 2.0.

Before you begin

Ensure that you are on the new agent experience profile page you created.

Procedure

  1. At the top of the page, click Add users.

    Dynamics 365 displays the Add users window with a list of available agents.

  2. To add users, select one or multiple agents from the list.
  3. Click Add.
