Downloading the CRM configuration file

Procedure

  1. Go to https://support.avaya.com to download the Call Center Definition or Software Package for your CRM.
  2. Navigate to Support for Product > Downloads.
  3. In the Enter Product Name field, enter Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

    A list of available software packages is displayed.

    This configuration file is also available on https://plds.avaya.com/ under the name Experience Platform Workspaces for CRM.
