If your Dynamics 365 domain name is in uppercase, you must ensure that it converts to lowercase for handling by Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
Procedure
From your Dynamics 365 dashboard, go to Enterprise applications > Browse Azure AD Gallery and click your SSO server application.
From the menu, click Single sign-on.
In the Attributes and Claims pane, click Edit
Ensure Unique User Identifier (Name ID) is set to ToLowercase (user.userprincipalname)[nameid-format:persistent].
