Import the Call Center Definition (CCDef) file to create a record of your call center in Salesforce. The CCDef file is in XML format. After importing the CCDef file to Salesforce, you can configure your call center properties.
Before you begin
Download the configuration file from the Avaya Support website.
Procedure
At the top of the Salesforce home page, click .
In the pop-up window, click Setup.
On the Setup page, go to Feature Settings > Service > Call Center > Call Centers.
