Select this check box to enable SAML for SSO. The remaining fields are displayed after you select this check box. |
Entity ID |

ACS URL |
This URL is also the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud tenant URL, followed by the pattern: https://<your_ccaas_domain>/auth/realms/<tenant ID>/broker/<yourSSOappName>/endpoint Make a note of this value. You need it when you add the SAML server to the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud element inventory |
Enable Single Logout |
The option to log users out of Avaya Workspaces for CRM when they log out of Salesforce. Example: https://<your_Salesforce_production_URL>/services/auth/idp/saml2/logout |
Subject Type |
Drop-down list of possible login credentials. In a typical deployment, this is Username. |
Name ID Format |
The format for the username. You can select this from the drop-down list. In a typical deployment, this is urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent. |
Issuer |
The address of your Salesforce production URL. Example: https://<your_Salesforce_production_URL>.lightning.force.com |
IdP Certificate |
The name of the identity provider certificate. Select this from the drop-down list. |
Verify Request Signature |
The check box to enable an additional level of security verification. |
Encrypt SAML Response |
The check box to enable an additional level of security encryption. |
Signing Algorithim for SAML Messages |
Drop-down list to define the format for SAML messages. In a typical deployment, this is SHA1. |
