Creating a table for your contact center logs

About this task

Create a table to enable ServiceNow to store the interaction logs that Avaya Workspaces for CRM creates for your contact center.

Before you begin

Configure your contact center on the OpenFrame Configurations page.

Procedure

  1. On the ServiceNow home page, go to System Definition > Tables.
  2. At the top of the page, click New.
  3. In Label, type InteractionLogs.

    ServiceNow displays the following value in the Name field below: u_interactionlogs.

  4. Fill in the remaining fields.

  5. At the bottom of the page, click Submit.

Next Steps

Add custom fields to the created table to display the required interaction information.
