Add the Avaya Cloud Office™ application to Element Inventory to enable the Avaya Cloud Office™ service in AXP Public Cloud.
When adding the Avaya Cloud Office™ element, you can select an application to align the Presence state of contacts displayed on the Corporate Contacts widget. For example, if you select Avaya Cloud Office™, Avaya Workspaces displays the Avaya Cloud Office™ Presence states on the widget. Avaya Cloud Office™ is the default option.
You can also enable Avaya Cloud Office™ extension calling for Avaya Workspaces agents and supervisors. You can enable and use extension calling if you have a dedicated Avaya Cloud Office™ SIP trunk configured for your account.
