Avaya Spaces is a cloud-based team collaboration and meeting tool with messaging, audio and video conferencing, and file sharing. Avaya Spaces provides access to a personal meeting room and group spaces.

Agents and supervisors can log in to the Avaya Spaces provider in Avaya Workspaces and access enabled Avaya Spaces contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget. They can also search for the required users, make direct and consultation calls, and transfer customer calls to them.

To configure the integration, you must first ensure that Avaya Support enables Avaya Spaces for your account. You must then log in to Application Center as an account administrator and add the Corporate Contacts widget to the layout Avaya Workspaces agents and supervisors are using.
