About this task

Approve the registered client application for all users in your organization so that the application can access the data of your organization. You approve the application when logging in to the Microsoft Teams provider as a Microsoft Azure tenant administrator for the first time. After you approve the application, all Avaya Workspaces agents and supervisors in your organization do not need to request approval. They can enter the credentials only when logging in to the Microsoft Teams provider.

Before you begin

Ensure you have the Microsoft Azure tenant administrator credentials. For more information on the tenant administrator credentials, contact Avaya Support.

Procedure

  1. In Avaya Workspaces, from the Corporate Contacts widget, sign in to the Microsoft Teams provider with your Microsoft Azure tenant administrator credentials.
  2. In the Sign in to your account window, select Consent on behalf of your organization.

    If you keep the check box empty, only you can access the Microsoft Teams provider once after logging in. If you want all users to access the Microsoft Teams provider without requesting approval, the global administrator must approve the request from the Enterprise applications page on the Microsoft Azure portal.

  3. Click Accept.

    All Avaya Workspaces agents and supervisors in your organization can access the Microsoft Teams provider without requesting approval.
