Configuration prerequisites for corporate contacts

Before configuring Avaya Cloud Office™, Avaya Spaces, or Microsoft Teams corporate contacts, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • You have a tenant for AXP Public Cloud with the voice channel configured for inbound and outbound calling.

  • You have a dedicated Unified Communications (UC) provider tenant and user accounts with assigned E.164 DID numbers.

  • You open a ticket on the OneCare Portal to enable a provider for your AXP Public Cloud tenant. For more information about the process for opening the ticket, contact Avaya Support.
