Adding a UX profile for Proactive Outreach

About this task

Add a UX profile to assign it to the user profile that you create for Proactive Outreach. With UX profiles, you can configure the common settings, such as the UI language and the number of the interaction cards that agents can see simultaneously in Avaya Workspaces. To add a new UX profile, clone the default UX profile and configure the cloned UX profile. When configuring the UX profile, you must assign the Proactive Outreach layout to it.

Before you begin

  • Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role.

  • Add a layout for Proactive Outreach.

  • Add and configure the Proactive Outreach widgets.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > UX Profiles.
  2. For the default UX profile, click the Copy icon.
  3. In the Name field, type a unique name for the UX profile.
  4. In the Description field, type a description for the UX profile.
  5. Click Save.
  6. To configure the UX profile, click the Edit icon.
  7. On the Profile Details tab, in the Layout list, select the Proactive Outreach layout.
  8. Optional Fill in the remaining fields.
  9. Click the General tab and fill in the fields.
  10. Optional To configure the notifications that Avaya Workspaces displays to users, click the Notifications tab and fill in the fields.
  11. Click Save.
