Assigning users to the Proactive Outreach user profile

About this task

Assign users to the Proactive Outreach user profile to make the Proactive Outreach layout available to them in Avaya Workspaces.

When you assign a user to the user profile created for Proactive Outreach, Application Center Administration applies the user profile configuration to this user, which includes assigning the System.Outbound attribute and queues that you created for Proactive Outreach.

Before you begin

  • Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role.

  • Create a user profile for Proactive Outreach.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click User Management > Users.
  2. In the Login ID column, for the user to assign to the user profile, click the login ID.
  3. In the Profiles list, select the Proactive Outreach user profile.
  4. Optional Fill in the remaining fields.
  5. Click Save.
