Creating users for Proactive Outreach

About this task

Create users to make the Proactive Outreach layout available to them in Avaya Workspaces. When creating a user, you must assign the user to the Proactive Outreach user profile.

When you assign a user to the user profile created for Proactive Outreach, Application Center Administration applies the user profile configuration to this user, which includes assigning the System.Outbound attribute and queues that you created for Proactive Outreach.

Before you begin

  • Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role.

  • Create a user profile for Proactive Outreach.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click User Management > Users.
  2. Click Create User.
  3. In the First Name field, type the user's first name.
  4. In the Last Name field, type the user's last name.
  5. In the Login ID field, type the user's login ID.
  6. In the Profile list, select the Proactive Outreach user profile.
  7. Fill in the remaining fields.
  8. Click Save.
