Enabling Proactive Outreach for an account

About this task

Enable the Proactive Outreach functionality in Application Center to provide access to Preview Dialing for Avaya Workspaces agents and supervisors.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Account.
  2. On the Account page, for the account to edit, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. In the Features section, enable the Proactive Outreach - Preview Dialing switch.

    By default, the Voice channel gets enabled.

  4. Click Save.
