Adding a layout for Proactive Outreach
About this task
Add a layout to use it for configuring Proactive Outreach widgets. To add a layout for Proactive Outreach, you must clone the default layout. You can add a maximum of 50 layouts.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role.
Procedure
- In the navigation tree, click .
- For the default layout, click
. - In the Name field, type a name for the layout.
- In the Description field, type the layout description.
- Click Save.
Next Steps
Add the Outbound Agent Connector, Outbound Customer Details, Outbound Tools, and Outbound Agent Script Screen Pop widgets to the added layout.
