Add a layout to use it for configuring Proactive Outreach widgets. To add a layout for Proactive Outreach, you must clone the default layout. You can add a maximum of 50 layouts.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > Layout Manager.
For the default layout, click .
In the Name field, type a name for the layout.
In the Description field, type the layout description.
Click Save.
Next Steps
Add the Outbound Agent Connector, Outbound Customer Details, Outbound Tools, and Outbound Agent Script Screen Pop widgets to the added layout.
