Logging in to Application Center Administration

About this task

Use Application Center Administration to perform the tasks required for integrating Avaya Experience Platform™ with Proactive Outreach.

Before you begin

Ensure you have account administrator credentials. For more information about account administrator credentials, contact Avaya Support.

Procedure

  1. In your browser, enter the Avaya Experience Platform™ URL.
  2. In the Username field, type your username.
  3. Optional If multiple accounts exist with the same domain name, in the Account Name field, type your account name.
  4. Click Next.
  5. In the Password field, type your password.
  6. Click Sign In.
  7. On the Application Center dashboard, click Administration.
