Creating a chat integration

About this task

Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud provides a chat software development kit (SDK) where the customer's client application can access the built-in chat capabilities. Customers can integrate the chat SDK as a chat client for their websites. They can create multiple chat integrations under each tenant.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Chat.
  2. On the Chat Apps page, in the Connector Type list, select Default.
  3. Click Create Integration.
  4. On the New Integration page, in the Name field, type the integration name.

    The Integration Id column displays a unique identifier for each integration.

  5. Click Save.
