Adding a routing rule for a trunk

Last Updated : Nov 07, 2024 |

About this task

Routing rules determine which trunk is used when an agent dials an outbound call. You can use prefixes, digit length, and the outbound SIP trunk to determine the rule. You can also set a priority for the trunks by dragging them in order. For example, if you have two trunks with a prefix of +1, you can prioritize which trunk to use based on the remaining settings.
