Configuring the timeline view and journey details

About this task

Account administrators can configure the top and middle timeline view ranges and the maximum number of interactions to display in the Journey Details of the Customer Journey widget.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Customer Journey > Agent View.
  2. In the Default Data Range list, select the required range.

    The default range is 24 months.

  3. In the Default Timeline View list, select the required range.

    The default duration is 18 months. The minimum duration is 3 months, and the maximum duration is 24 months.

  4. In the Default Number of Days list, select the required value.

    The default value is 10 days. The minimum is 10 days, and the maximum is 50 days.

  5. In the Maximum Number of Engagements list, select the required value.

    The default value is 20. The minimum is 20 interactions, and the maximum is 50 interactions.

  6. Click Save.
