Adding a chat connector element

About this task

Enable a chat element to provision a chat connector.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Element Inventory.
  2. On the Elements page, click New > Digital Connector > Chat.
  3. In the Name field, type a name for the chat connector element.
  4. In the Callback URL field, type the URL to enable chat connector creation.

    For example, type http://chatcallback.url.com.

  5. Click Save.
