Enable a messaging element to provision a custom messaging connector. Customers can build custom messaging connectors using Messaging APIs to integrate with any third-party messaging providers.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Element Inventory.
On the Elements page, click New > Digital Connector > Messaging.
In the Name field, type a name for the provider.
In the Callback URL field, type the URL to receive created, updated, and deleted events for integrations for the provider.
Click Save.
On the Elements page, click the provider you created.
To copy the channel provider ID, in the Channel Provider Id field, click .
After you create a message provider, a channel provider ID is automatically generated, which is required for calling messaging APIs.
