Deleting keyword groups

About this task

Delete the keyword groups that you do not use for routing. If you delete the keyword groups that you use in rule configuration, the contact center does not check incoming emails for the related keywords.

You cannot delete a keyword group that you used in a rule condition.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Business Rules > Keyword Group.
  2. On the Keyword Groups page, do one of the following:
    • To delete an individual keyword group, in the row of the group to delete, click the Three Dots icon and then click Delete.

    • To delete multiple keyword groups, select the required groups and click Delete Groups.

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
