Editing keyword rules

About this task

Edit existing keyword rules to update the rule type, condition, routing configuration or specify a workflow for email interactions.

The contact center applies the updated configuration for the next matching interaction.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Business Rules > Keyword Rule.
  2. On the Keyword Rules page, in the row of the rule to update, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. Update the configuration and click Save.
