Deleting an emergency location of the account

About this task

Delete the emergency location that you add for the account if you no longer require it. You must have at least one emergency location added for your account. You cannot delete an emergency location that is assigned to users or restore the deleted emergency locations.

Before you begin

Unassign the emergency location from all users.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Accounts.
  2. On the Account page, for the account to edit, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. Scroll down and expand the Address section.
  4. For the emergency location to delete, click the Three Dots icon and then click Delete.
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
  6. At the top of the Account page, click Save.
