Configuring routing settings

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Voice > Route Points.
  2. To configure the routing settings, click the Three Dots icon from the column next to the non-E164 number that you configured earlier and select Configure routing settings.
  3. In the Workflow Name field, select the workflow name that you configured earlier.
  4. Click Save.
