Creating a virtual agent in Avaya Experience Platform Public Cloud for Dialogflow

About this task

After you create the Dialogflow on Google Dialogflow, create the corresponding virtual agent flow in Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

The main setup is to map the queue names on Google Dialogflow to those on Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

Before you begin

Ensure to log in to Workstream Automation as an account administrator.

Procedure

The following screenshots show that the Voice queue in Google Dialogflow is mapped to the AXPVoice queue in Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud:
