Viewing customer details in Avaya Workspaces

About this task

The agent logged in to Avaya Workspaces can view the customer details of the incoming Dialogflow call. The custom widget retrieves the Dialogflow transcript and displays it in the order received.

Before you begin

Ensure to log in to Avaya Workspaces as an Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem agent.

Procedure

  1. To answer the Dialogflow call, click accept call icon.

    You can view the customer details on the Customer Details page.

  2. To view the data for the Dialogflow transcript, click the tab for custom widgets such as AXP-Journey.

    Each custom widget can have a different name.
