About this task
Configure the system range and user voice plan for Communication Manager that you have on-premise in Application Center Administration. The system range such as not ready reason code is a generic range common to all users, and the user voice plan such as extension ranges and agent login ID ranges are specific to a particular user profile.
Note:
Perform this procedure for all the Communication Managers configured.
If Communication Manager synchronization is in progress, you cannot update the existing voice plan details.
