You can use hybrid voice location profiles to enable the use of a single Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway cluster across multiple data centers.
To create a hybrid voice location profile, you can configure properties such as ISO location and SIP server addresses. You can optionally add a hybrid voice location profile to an agent. You can use a single Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway cluster, register agents through the appropriate Avaya Session Border Controllers, and select media resources based on the location of the agent.
By default, Application Center Administration uses the location, media latching, and SIP server addresses details configured for the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway element. Configuring the hybrid voice location profile properties overrides the default configurations, such as the location, media latching, and SIP server addresses configured in the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway element.
