Viewing a location profile

About this task

You can view the location profiles based on the profile name or ISO location. You can search for a particular location profile based on the profile name.

Before you begin

  • Ensure to log in to Application Center Administration as the account administrator.

  • Ensure that your system administrator includes your account in the Hybrid Voice Location Profile feature toggle.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Hybrid Voice > Location Profiles.
  2. To view the location profile based on the profile name or ISO location, do the following:
    1. On the Location Profiles page, in the right corner of the location profile, click the Three Dots icon > Columns.
    2. Clear the column name you do not want to view.
  3. To clear the filter, click the Three Dots icon in the right corner of the location profile, and click Clear Filter.
  4. To filter the location profiles based on the profile name, do the following:
    1. On the Location Profiles page, click Filter Icon.
    2. In the Profile Name field, enter the profile name.
