User can view agent and extension information in Avaya Workspaces after deleting extension profile from System Manager

Before you begin

Ensure that a user, the agent, and the extension information on System Manager, are successfully synchronized to Application Center Administration. The user can log in to Avaya Workspaces and see the agent and extension information.

Procedure

  1. Log in to System Manager.
  2. Remove the extension profile of the user.
  3. Log in to Application Center Administration and ensure that Auto Assign Extension is disabled for the user.
  4. Resynchronize the user.

    The user is in a failed state. Also, an error message indicates that the extension is not found.

  5. Log in to Avaya Workspaces for the same user.

    Expected Result: The user can log in to Avaya Workspaces, but agent and extension information are not visible.

    Actual Result: The user can log in to Avaya Workspaces, but agent and extension information are visible.
