Use the Okta AD federation metadata file to configure Okta Active Directory (AD) as the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) identity provider (IdP).
Before you begin
Ensure to log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Element Inventory.
On the Elements page, click New > SAML.
On the SAML Server page, type the server name in the Name field.
In the Display Name field, type the display name for the server.
In the MetaData File section, click Select XML File to browse and select the federation metadata file.
