Configuring a WhatsApp account's routing settings

About this task

Account administrators can configure the routing settings for a WhatsApp account so that contact center agents of a specified queue can interact with their customers on the WhatsApp social media channel.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Messaging.
  2. On the Messaging Integrations page, click the WhatsApp tab.
  3. To configure a WhatsApp account's routing settings, click the Three Dots icon and select Configure routing settings.
  4. On the Routing Configuration Settings page, fill in the relevant fields.
  5. Click Save.
