Deleting a WhatsApp account

About this task

Account administrators can delete WhatsApp accounts so that contact center agents no longer use the channel to interact with customers.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Messaging.
  2. On the Messaging Integrations page, click the WhatsApp tab.
  3. To delete a WhatsApp account, click the Three Dots icon and select Delete Profile.
